Born and raised in Revere, Zack grew up playing multiple sports, primarily hockey, which he continued into college. Competitive athletics shaped the discipline, resilience, and work ethic that now define his business. He approaches real estate the same way he approached the ice — prepared, focused, and competitive.
Licensed since 2019, Zack built his business from the ground up with a long-term vision: to operate at the intersection of sales, investment, and strategy. Today, he leads Ciampa Group Real Estate, bringing an investor’s mindset to every listing.
His approach goes beyond simply putting a property on the market. Zack analyzes each home through pricing strategy, positioning, presentation, buyer psychology, and market timing — all with one goal: maximize value and protect his client’s equity.
With experience in condo conversions, new construction, luxury resale, and investment properties, he understands how sophisticated buyers think and how to structure deals that close efficiently and strategically.

Growing up on the North Shore, real estate has always been part of Mark Sousa’s life. From helping manage his family’s commercial properties to working in acquisitions, development, and renovations, Mark built a strong foundation in the industry early on. After graduating from Endicott College, he transitioned full-time into residential real estate, bringing hands-on investment and development experience to every client relationship.
Today, Mark specializes in residential homes, investment properties, and value-add opportunities throughout the North Shore and Greater Boston area. His background allows him to approach every transaction with a strategic, data-driven mindset while providing clear communication and strong negotiation throughout the process.
